Kit contents:
– A spouted toner bottle or pouch containing 500g grams to print 10,000 pages at 5% coverage.
– A reset chip to reset your cartridge to allow a further 10,000 pages to be printed.
– Illustrated, easy to follow instructions.
Product options:
reset chip only – if the cartridge has toner in it already, but you have a faulty or expired chip e.g. empty toner error message, choosing this option will get you printing again at minimal cost.
toner & chip – if the toner cartridge is empty or nearly empty, this option will refill the cartridge with the correct amount of toner powder for the particular page yield of the cartridge and the new reset chip will extinguish any toner low error and allow printing again (most modern printers stop printing a soon as a low or empty toner condition is reached).
Most refills and chip replacements are simple and intuitive (i.e. remove fill plug on the side to refill and replace chip which is attached with a sticky pad). In this case instructions are unnecessary and will not be included. Please note that a worn out cartridge cannot be revived with a toner refill kit. Make sure that the cartridge was operating properly immediately before refilling or resetting.
