Ideal for dogs and cats, these sturdy 3d printed double sided tags contain all the information needed for your pet to be quickly returned to you of lost or stray.
Measuring 40mm wide by 3mm thick, the tags are manufactured in a highly visible fluorescent yellow ABS plastic, with high contrast embossed black lettering.
A 15mm split ring is included to attached your tags to your pet’s collar.
We include two tags in case you us two different collars or a collar and a harness.
On the obverse side are two lines: your pet’s name and your phone number so that you can be contacted quickly.
On the reverse side is your own personalized qr code which can be used by anyone finding your lost dog. Point a smart phone camera at the code and the following text will appear: “If you find <Your pet’s name>, please return to <Your house name or number>, <Your postcode>. Please point you smart phone camera at the qr code in the item image on this page to get a generalized example.
Please leave your pet’s name, phone and address information in the ‘note to seller’ box when you go through the checkout process. All information is kept absolutely confidential and never shared with any third parties.

Returns
We do not accept returns on personalised items that are misspelled UNLESS the fault is ours, in which case we will do a replacement straight away.
